I work with adults, families, and children. I work with people who have experienced trauma and are looking for ways to heal. I offer specialized support for individuals during pregnancy and the postpartum period, focusing on managing anxiety, depression, and stress to help them navigate this transformative time. For children and adolescents, I assist with navigating developmental and emotional challenges, including behavioral issues and academic stress, aiming to foster growth and resilience. Additionally, I support parents and families in overcoming the challenges of parenting while improving family dynamics and communication, helping to create a more cohesive and supportive family environment.

I do not accept any insurances at this time. If you'd like to use your out-of-network benefits, I can provide a 'superbill' for reimbursement.

I have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to reschedule an appointment within 48 hours of our appointment time, you will be responsible for the full cost associated with your original appointment, regardless of when you reschedule your appointment.

This type of therapy is learned by doing, so we will meet weekly. Therapy concludes when you've practiced and feel confident in using the skills consistently in your daily life.
While it might seem logical to reduce session frequency, this could unnecessarily prolong progress.
Therapy length varies, as everyone learns at their own pace. The goal is to empower you to confidently navigate life's challenges.
Please note, my practice doesn't offer regular support between sessions.
What to Expect

If you're interested in working with me, we will first set up a 15 minute consultation call. This call is a chance for you to share a bit about why you’re seeking therapy, including any current struggles or goals. I’ll also explain my therapeutic approach and methods, giving you insight into how I work and whether it aligns with your needs.
We’ll also discuss practical details such as session frequency, duration, fees, and any logistical considerations. If we determine that it’s a good fit, we’ll talk about the next steps, which might include scheduling a full intake session and getting you set up in my client portal. If it seems like another therapist might be a better match, I can offer recommendations or referrals. The aim of this brief call is to help you understand if therapy with me would be beneficial and to ensure we can proceed in a way that feels comfortable and supportive for you.

Nature-based therapy uses the outdoors as a setting for therapeutic work, helping clients (children and adults!) to engage in therapy in a relaxed and natural environment. During these sessions, you can expect to be guided through discussions while enjoying the fresh air, movement (if you’d like to walk), and scenery.
This approach often helps clients feel more relaxed and less constrained by traditional settings. Many people find this to enhance therapy — reducing stress, boosting mood, and promoting a sense of well-being. This setting can make conversations feel more casual and less intimidating, helping you to open up and explore your thoughts and feelings more freely. If this interests you, we can talk more about location, weather, safety, and other considerations!
